TRAINING PACKAGE

CORE was developed through a college DACUM and CBE (Competency Based Education) process to comply with all state curriculum standards.  Includes instructor outlines, text, quizzes, Power Points, 911 calls, games and exercises, DVDs. 

StarZ a full multi tasking simulator with 4 phone lines, 2 radio frequencies and recording studio offers busy instructors a 30 minute set.

EZ CAD a exe CAD card site license for call taking that can be sent home with students or loaded on any computer for instant talk and type learning (non data driven).

CERTIFICATION PACKAGE

National Emergency Communications Certification NECC a truly valid measurement of real life knowledge and skills.  Created by 911 Instructors and the Professional Testing Corporation. An online immediate scored multiple choice - one time fee.  See about NECC at www.911Certification.org

NECC Skills Lab Exam  for final skills exam on StarZ, see attached sample. Knowledge isn't useful if not applied.

NECC Certified Instructor to become an NECC Certified Test Site is an online course for the busy instructor.  The course takes the instructor through the material, the certification exams and full interaction and support ongoing through an online members room on the website.  One time certification, one time fee.  

We are here to make your job easier!

You are busy!  We know you don't have time to learn a simulator or search for 911 calls, or create Power Point lessons.  You know how to teach, we give you extensive interactive learning materials in a site license and hold no hostages year after year.  Updates are free from our members website.
